Overview
Atlas steel offers Prefabricated Bolted Zincalume tanks which are innovative and reliable solutions for storing various types of clear water. These tanks are constructed from a combination of 43.5% zinc, 55% aluminium, and 1.5% silicon alloy-coated steel panels, which provides outstanding durability.
Zincalume tanks are capable of withstanding neutral environmental conditions, including moderate temperatures & UV radiation. As a result, Zincalume storage tanks are widely used in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural settings for their reliability and cost-effectiveness in meeting diverse storage needs.

Corrugation of Sheets - sheet undergo the process of corrugation. Sheets are corrugated through corrugation machine at our plant to give additional stretch to the steel panel for a durable tank structure.
Pre-Heating- Cutting, holes drilling, and curving- Corrugated steel is cut into required panels’ sizes. Then sheet panels undergo for drilling holes process by placing the sheet on advance CNC and drilling machines & is finished with the last step with the process of curving sheets on the curving machine.
Installation Process- After the material reaches at client site, the installation process takes place.
